Monthly Workshops!
I'm excited! 🎉 I'm launching a new series of workshops - they're designed to help you learn about and practice a new self awareness tool or model every month! If you're someone who loves digging into personal / professional growth and likes to learn alongside other keeners - then this is your place to be! 🙋 See you there!

What's Your Number? Discover Your Enneagram - Online Workshop
Dive into Enneagram basics in this interactive workshop with Justine Gelevan.
Have you heard of the Enneagram before?
"Ennea what?" (En-nee-uh-gram) or (Any A Gram)
Maybe you've heard about it but don't really know what it is, how to use it or why it would even be helpful.
Either way, this workshop is for you.
The Enneagram is powerful and insightful. Some would even say it's transformational. It's a deeper-than-normal personality assessment that helps you determine your core desires, emotions, drivers and shadows.
In this workshop, you'll discover:
What the Enneagram is and What it's Not
How to Find your Enneagram Type
What Motivates and Resonates with each Type
Effective strategies to relate to each Type
Before I discovered the Enneagram, I'd taken every personality test and assessment I could - MBTI, Strengths Finder, Colours - you name it - I've taken it!
The Enneagram is by far the best assessment tool I've found - it helped me improve my awareness, uncover things that were keeping me stuck and see how my core motivations, fears and desires were driving my life and gave me the choice to see it all with a new perspective.
Learn how to show up powerfully in your strengths and understand how you relate to others and the world.

Each month I invite all leaders who are learning (Let’s call ourselves Learning Leaders!) to discover a new model or tool that will support personal & professional development.
This month’s model/tool is Byron Katie’s, The Work
The Work is a model that allows us to ask just a few questions to see our beliefs and judgements about others and challenge them - perhaps even rewrite them.
About Byron Katie & The Work
In 1986, at the bottom of a ten-year spiral into depression and self-loathing, Byron Katie woke up one morning in a state of joy. She realized that when she believed her stressful thoughts, she suffered, but that when she questioned them, she didn’t suffer, and that this is true for every human being. Her simple yet powerful process of self-inquiry, which she calls The Work, consists of four questions and the turnaround, which is a way of experiencing the opposite of what you believe. Katie has been bringing The Work to millions of people for more than thirty years. Her public events, weekend workshops, intensives, and nine-day School for The Work have brought freedom to people all over the world.
Join me for this month’s Learning Leaders Workshop Series where we’ll explore Byron Katie’s, The Work. It will be hosted on Zoom and it will be interactive - I'd be happy to hear from you throughout the workshop so I can answer any questions and make sure you get the most out of it.
In this workshop, we’ll discover:
● The 4 Questions of “The Work”
● How to use “The Work” in real time - at work and in personal reflection
● Ways to use the questions to slow down, rewind and even re-write stressful thoughts
● How to communicate & lead using The Work
I use this model in my own life and with my clients constantly - it’s a life changing process!
Use it in your leadership, with your teams, in your families and anywhere you find you have stressful thoughts.
I love using these 4 questions to challenge my story about everything - it helps me to see what I’ve made something mean and how when I hold onto that one side as ‘right” I miss out on seeing so many other things about it.
What beliefs or judgments could you begin to question?
